We aim to raise the playing standards of Nashik by developing strong, creative, and ethical players who lead on and off the board. RCC will be the city’s trusted home for lifelong chess learning—where beginners discover the game, competitors refine their craft, and mentors give back. We envision a vibrant local chess culture with regular events, school partnerships, and inclusive spaces for girls and boys alike. Over time, our graduates will become thinkers, team builders, and positive community role models.
