Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Revolutionary Chess Corps Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to providing the best experience and value to our students and participants. We understand that plans can change, and our policies aim to ensure fairness and transparency for all.
1. Coaching Sessions (One-on-One / Group)
- Cancellations by Students: At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
- Emergency exceptions may be allowed at the discretion of management.
- Missed Sessions: Missed without prior notice are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Cancellations by RCC: We will notify promptly and offer a reschedule or full refund.
2. Course Packages / Monthly Plans
- Refunds allowed only within 7 days of purchase and if no more than one session has been used.
- After 7 days, packages are non-refundable, but rescheduling is allowed within the plan period.
3. Tournaments & Events
- Participant Cancellations: Entry fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by RCC.
- Notice should be given at least 3 days before the event. In special cases, partial refunds or credits may be considered.
- Event Cancellations by RCC: A full refund or credit toward a future event will be offered.
4. Mode of Refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
- Administrative or transaction charges may be deducted.
